1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.stfolder.space ("Super Tech Unfolder", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. These terms apply to all users: employers posting jobs, job-seekers applying for positions, and individuals seeking or publishing marriage proposals.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in Pakistan) to use our services. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Each user may create only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes.

3. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

All users agree to use Super Tech Unfolder responsibly and lawfully. You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings, resumes, or marriage proposals.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any user based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, or any protected characteristic.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any content from the site without permission.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Share another person’s private information without consent (doxxing).
• Use the platform for illegal activities, including human trafficking, child exploitation, or any violation of Pakistani or international law.

For employers: You must comply with all labor laws regarding job postings, including minimum wage, non-discrimination, and truthful representation of job roles.

For matrimony users: You shall not demand dowry or engage in any conduct punishable under the Dowry Prohibition Act or any other applicable law. Profiles containing offensive or indecent content will be removed immediately.

4. Postings and Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., job descriptions, resumes, marriage profiles). However, by posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your content on our platform for the purpose of providing our services.

We do not verify the accuracy of every job listing or marriage proposal. It is your responsibility to exercise due diligence. Employers and individuals posting proposals must ensure their content is truthful and legal. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is reported as inappropriate.

Disclaimer: Super Tech Unfolder is not a party to any employment or marriage contract formed between users. We are a neutral platform for connecting parties.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software on www.stfolder.space are the property of Super Tech Unfolder or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reproduce any part of the site without our prior written consent. The name "Super Tech Unfolder" and the domain "stfolder.space" are proprietary.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the site for personal or business use in accordance with these terms.

6. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, endangers other users, or is otherwise harmful to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the site ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us at supertechunfolder@gmail.com.

In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, we may retain user data as required by law and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

7. No Warranties

Super Tech Unfolder is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any job posting, resume, marriage proposal, or user content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Super Tech Unfolder, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or any interactions with other users.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the preceding 12 months. Since our core services are free for job-seekers and matrimony seekers (except optional paid features), liability is limited to PKR 5,000 or equivalent.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Tech Unfolder, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your interactions with other users.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Central Punjab, Pakistan.

Prior to filing a lawsuit, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at supertechunfolder@gmail.com for 30 days. If unresolved, either party may initiate arbitration under the Pakistan Arbitration Act, 1940, or proceed to civil court in Lahore or Faisalabad (at our discretion).

11. Paid Services & Refunds

Employers or users opting for paid job postings or featured matrimony profiles may be charged fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice. Payment disputes must be reported within 14 days of the transaction.

We use third-party payment processors; we are not responsible for their security or policies but ensure PCI-DSS compliance where applicable.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of government, internet outages, or cyberattacks.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Super Tech Unfolder. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
